And 20 majestic original Siliakus paper re-imaginings of major world landmarks and generous 3-D Christmas card are showcased in water zone and fire zone respectively. The 'Art Architecture ' exhibition is opened between November 14 and December 31.

Dolce & Gabbana Billboard @ Ocean Terminal by Cammie CHIU

My attention was drawn to this billboard while I was waiting to cross road outside Ocean Terminal some days ago. I then got closer and found that this billboard was exceptionally HUGE!! I am already imperceptive with the billboards outside the mall as the sizes are as usual. Unless the content is what I'm interested in or the photos are nicely taken, I won't pay much attentions to those. But this one, as the size's extraordinarily big, I was really attracted by it.

More information about this ad.: Unlike the routine ads of Dolce & Gabbana which were sex-appealing and went to extremes, this time the brand has chosen Madonna featuring the theme of luxe Italian housewife. The photos are in black-and-white and shot by Steven Klein. In the photos, Madonna was playing with chubby baby on bed, getting her skirt stitched up by her granny, sitting for a family portrait, holding a rooster, and walking home from the grocery store arm-in-arm with a teenage model playing her son. (More photos of this collection of ad can be found from google.)

"The difference between extraordinary and ordinary is that little extra."
Size does matter.

Huge red box @ Central Pier No.4 By Sophie Li

A huge red box covered on the top at Central Pier No.4.

The height of the huge red box has 10 meters high that makes it noticeable to pedestrians. Actually, the huge red box represents the significant and classic red jewel case of Cartier! The reason of building this red box venue is to celebrate Cartier opened the largest Asian flagship store in Central on November 26, 2010. After the opening ceremony of the flagship store, the guests are invited to the huge red box venue to have a meal. And the following day (27), some events for celebration will be held in the huge red box venue.

It is very creative of using the classic jewel case as the idea of the venue building. The huge red box not only well represents Cartier, but also draws attention to pedestrians because of its huge size, color and special location. As there is nothing to cover the top of Central Pier originally, huge red box construct will definitely draw the attention to pedestrians.
